Call recording support in Windows 10 mobile?

Windows 10 Mobile build number 10149 to reportedly feature native call recording support. If so Microsoft will have right to claim that they are the first to introduce call recording support into their mobile OS. Native call recording is still not supported in Android or iOS. But one can always use third party softwares to enable this feature.

A folder named ‘Recorded Calls’ was spotted in the latest build of the Mobile OS using the native File Manager app, Files. Hence it appears that the Redmond giants are testing out the Call Recording feature using the Voice Recorder app packaged in the update. It is important to note that a number of countries and regions have their own laws and regulations when it comes to call recording. In an ideal scenario, it shouldn’t happen without consent of the opposite party.

Microsoft officially announced their plans to release the Windows 10 tomorrow. No word regarding the launch date for the mobile OS though.
